Music and Art Lessons
We offer drum kit, guitar, bass guitar and piano lessons, as well as vocal coaching and art lessons. Children as young as 5 years of age are accepted for piano and art lessons. For lessons in all other instruments, we prefer children from the age of 9 and older. We have no maximum age limit and we love teaching children as well as adults!
One of the most popular events held at Gallery House is our Songwriter’s Evening. On these nights, we host a variety of singer/songwriters. All music is original and performed by the composer. We have had blues, rap, jazz, pop, celtic, local, fringe, ballads and there is always something new to listen to. The evening features approximately 3 to 5 artists and most of the ticket sales go towards the artists themselves. The Gallery House Songwriter’s Evenings are an intimate platform where fresh local talent have the opportunity to tell the audience about themselves, their songs, their songwriting process, and their journey as musicians.
Looking for something fun to do for your next function? Why not try our Pop Up Art Venture? This is ideal for groups of 2 to 24, and each person receives a blank canvas and a glass of wine to get the creativity going. Belinda not only guides attendees into creating their own, original artworks, but they are also allowed to take these masterpieces home. Lots of fun await our new art masters.
